Customer Service Representative at Envalior

At Envalior, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing top-notch service to our customers. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that orders are received, processed, and executed efficiently and accurately.

Your role involves not only answering customer inquiries but also proactively managing customer relationships and addressing their needs with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer sales orders, ensuring material availability, correct pricing, and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
  • Monitor and track open orders, communicate shipping updates or delays to customers, and coordinate with logistics and planning teams as necessary.
  • Handle customer returns, replacements, and complaints, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, product management, logistics, finance, and supply chain management.
  • Maintain and update customer data, process credit approvals, manage pricing updates, and handle vendor-managed inventory orders.
  • Support financial processes, including issuing credit/debit memos, consignment reconciliation, and working with finance teams to manage account balances.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
