Job Description

Maintain current Early Learning Program (ELP) partnerships as outlined in provider agreement. Outreach and recruit Early Learning Programs to establish new ELP agreements. Manage compliance of Early Learning Program manual and provide technical assistance. Coordinate reimbursement to ELPs for subsidy expenditures. Manage data entry and retrieval of client and ELP information while performing all tasks related to claims and billings.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual licensing reports as required
  • Conduct check ins for new and current Early Learning Programs including technical support
  • Ensuring that the provider database is updated as required
  • Ensure the compliance of the Early Learning Program’s Partnership Agreement and Manual
  • Reviews vouchers for subsidy payment in a timely matter
  • Manage recoupments and administer collections process
  • May perform finance procedural quality assurance as needed
  • Perform all tasks related to claims and billing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Ability to use personal computer for correspondence reports, database access, record keeping, and working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Ability to interact with providers daily via face-to-face and/or phone. Commitment to customer-focused service delivery system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work in conjunction with others to overcome obstacles for goal attainment of the client.

Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

Related 4-year degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Extensive sitting, computer, phone, deskwork, and extensive data entry; works primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds; availability for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training, and other events may be required; travel may be required.
