What will you do?
A day in the life of a Digital Asset Manager at Vans looks a little like this.
As the Digital Asset Manager, you will ensure that all Vans digital creative assets are accessible to Global and Regional teams within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool. Responsibilities will include managing user accounts, uploading assets, maintaining best practices, and implementing new integrations. You will interface with multiple departments in the company when training, providing support, and promoting the system. Admin support for additional connected tools utilized by the Creative team will round out your responsibilities. This role sits within the Global Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of professional experience, 3+ years of which being experience managing a digital library and user accounts.

Hiring Range:
$86,400.00 USD - $108,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. As a Digital Asset Manager at Vans, you will play a vital role in simplifying the access and utilization of digital creative assets by our Global and Regional teams. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new users and establishing best practices in partnership with the Project Management team. With your exceptional organizational skills and detailed focus, you will help maintain a user-friendly interface for collaborative efforts across the company. We highly value experience in managing digital libraries, so if you have a backdrop of 5+ years in professional or related spaces—particularly with at least 3 years managing user accounts—you’ll be set up for success.
