Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, your main responsibilities include creating and maintaining product documentation for LifePRO™, leading training sessions for clients and internal teams, analyzing client needs, and supporting upgrades or issue resolution. You'll also be actively involved in integrating AI tools into the documentation process to streamline operations.

To apply for the Business Analyst position, you should have 5-8 years of business analysis experience, a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and proficiency with various documentation tools like Microsoft Word and Adobe PRO. Experience in training, AI familiarity, and knowledge of technical processes such as API and REST Services are highly beneficial.

In this Business Analyst role, you'll leverage AI technologies to enhance documentation processes, such as automating tasks and generating reports. You'll also engage in AI training roles, which include tasks like data labeling and model training to ensure that AI outputs are accurate and effective.

While not mandatory, having experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred for this Business Analyst position, specifically in Life and Annuities. Familiarity with products such as life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products will aid you in understanding client needs better.
