The Opportunity 

Imagine shaping the end-to-end creative advertising process for 90% of the world’s top brands—from concept development to production to distribution and performance optimization to asset delivery. As Product Manager, Shared Services you will lead the development of the critical tooling, policies, and infrastructure that power our product ecosystem. Including security, mobility, governance, billing and accessibility, your work will ensure that every product we build is secure, compliant, and user-centric across the XR product suite. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, and product leaders to solve complex, organization-wide challenges. If you’re passionate about building scalable solutions that enable innovation, this is the role for you. 

 

The impact you will have 

 

  • Own the Strategy & Roadmap – Define and execute a product strategy that enables security, governance, localization, billing, accessibility, mobility, and sustainability across our platform. 
  • Solve Complex, Cross-Product Challenges – Partner with compliance, security, finance, and other teams to develop tools and frameworks that align with business goals. 
  • Enable Other Product Teams – Build capabilities that simplify integration and ensure consistency across all product areas. 
  • Champion Governance & Security – Ensure access controls, role-based permissions, and compliance requirements are seamlessly embedded into the platform.

Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

 

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in a product-focused organization. 
  •  Technical expertise in platform capabilities such as authentication, compliance frameworks, governance, and billing. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple product teams.

Reporting Relationship 

  • Reports To: VP, Product Management – Data, APIs, and Shared Services 
  • Collaborates With: 
  • XR Engineering to build innovative, high-quality services. 
  • Works with Security, Compliance, Legal, Sustainability, Product Management, and key team members to make sure market insights and user feedback guide our strategy. 
  • Partners with key vendors to source and integrate cutting-edge tools and services that enhance our platform’s innovation, security, and operational efficiency. 

Location 

  • Onsite or hybrid in our New York City or London office.
