We are currently seeking a highly capable and driven Marketing Generalist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional to contribute across multiple business verticals, shaping and executing strategies that enhance visibility, support commercial goals, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the group’s strategic objectives.

·       Coordinate and implement marketing plans across the group’s active business units, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

·       Develop and manage corporate identity for various business activities; deliver targeted campaigns to promote brand awareness and positioning.

·       Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

·       Create clear, persuasive messaging across digital and offline marketing channels.

·       Monitor industry trends and perform market research to inform strategic decisions.

·       Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

·       Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across projects.  

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
