PRIMARY:
1. Administers the onboarding, preceptor, and training program for provider and clinical positions. Collaborates with Welcome Experience Coordinators and operations leadership to identify and assign new hires to preceptors or trainers.
2. Collaborates with operations leadership to design and implement recognition and reward programs for preceptors and trainers.
3. Recognizes strong performance by providing all necessary information on above-and-beyond performance to ensure proper recognition of preceptors and trainers.
4. Communicates with preceptors and trainers to ensure a smooth onboarding and training experience for the new hire, focusing on their success in their new role.
5. Communicates with new hires to set expectations for onboarding and training and serves as the primary point of L&D contact throughout training completion. Actively engages with the trainee and preceptor to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and drive employee engagement.
6. Partners with preceptors and trainers to identify and address training concerns for new hires, collaborating with operations leadership to develop solutions and monitoring improvements with preceptors and trainers.
7. Escalates any concerns regarding new staff deficiencies to the operational leaders confidentially, with suggestions for additional training recommendations.
8. Collaborates with preceptors and trainers to ensure all required training documentation, including proof of proficiencies and evaluations, is completed and submitted accurately.
9. Verifies completion of all required training for new hires.
10. Responds to learning questions from employees using a friendly and respectful tone. Responses should answer the question and recommend resources for future questions (e.g., intranet, HRIS). Escalates questions to the appropriate person when necessary.
11. Coordinates and edits L&D submissions to weekly newsletters.
12. Completes all required training release documentation and ensures all training-related documentation is stored and retained in accordance with company policy and practices. Monitors the training release process to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
13. As appropriate, coordinates all required learning and training assignments, including vendor-managed learning content and self-paced orientation learning content. This may include providing information to learning vendors and updates to employee learning records.
14. Monitors and, as appropriate, supports the compliance of the DOT Medical Examiner and BLS/ACLS; communicates and supports clinical employees in uploading required documentation and completing date fields.
15. Administers and supports the DOT/BAT/UDS/X-Ray certification processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and retained for compliance. Supports the audit process to verify the accuracy of data.
16. Prepares training documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation audits.
17. Partners with operations to ensure compliance with all clinical-related processes and certifications, as well as all required learning, including annual training.
18. Collaborates with instructional designers and other content developers to ensure that learning courses and paths are consistently accurate and up-to-date with current policies and practices.
19. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training and supporting all compliance aspects.
20. Leads by example in attitude and work performance, representing our values to the team.
21. Demonstrates strong technical skills, with advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and other reporting or data management platforms. Comfortable using technology to organize, track, analyze, and streamline training data and processes.
22. Proactively identifies process gaps and utilizes technology creatively and effectively to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and continually improve processes.
23. Utilizes AI tools to analyze large datasets and generate insights.
24. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training
25. The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
26. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
27. The ability to perform the physical use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
28. Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.
