Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the role

As Community Lead, you will be the driving force behind our thriving finance community, both online and offline. Your mission: ensure Finary’s finance forum remains the #1 destination for meaningful financial discussions.

You will report to Florian Bidaut, Growth Lead.

What you will do

  • Maintain a highly qualitative experience through excellent hosting, positive atmosphere, and proactive moderation, while also fostering community growth and engagement through user-driven content and meaningful interactions

  • Be the community’s face, fostering organic growth, leading events, and actively engaging with users across platforms.

  • Build and nurture an engaged, thriving community around Finary’s mission and products, ensuring active participation and high retention

  • Organize bi-monthly meetups throughout France to strengthen member connections and brand loyalty

  • Identify and activate ambassadors to foster organic growth and community advocacy

  • Monitor community sentiment through qualitative and quantitative analysis

You'd be a great fit if you:

  • are native in French with excellent written and verbal skills & fluent in English

  • have successfully built and nurtured online communities, ideally in the finance space

  • are a natural communicator. Whether it’s crafting a compelling post, jumping into a live Q&A, or moderating a heated debate, you bring clarity, empathy, and energy.
