As a Host at Flanigan's, your main responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing the seating flow, maintaining the waitlist efficiently, and ensuring the cleanliness of the foyer and host station. You’ll engage guests with our cheerful 'Smile Talk,' address any concerns they might have, and ensure a smooth dining experience from start to finish.

To become a Host at Flanigan's, you should be able to communicate effectively in English, handle physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a welcoming attitude. You also need to complete the Florida Responsible Vendor program and a food safety certification to meet our operational standards.
