About Us

We are on a mission to empower aspiring Virtual Assistants (VAs) and businesses with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows. Our training programs cater to two key audiences:

  1. Aspiring VAs looking to enhance their skills, gain international clients, and grow a successful VA business.
  2. Businesses seeking to upskill their existing teams or hire proficient VAs who are adept at leveraging AI in marketing and administrative tasks.

We believe in continuous learning, hands-on mentorship, and real-world application of AI-driven processes. We’re looking for a talented curriculum designer—someone who’s walked the walk as a VA and is passionate about learning (and teaching) the latest AI workflows to help others thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Curriculum Design & Development
    • Develop engaging, beginner-friendly to intermediate-level training modules on AI tools, marketing workflows, and VA best practices.
    • Continuously update and enhance course materials (including weekly “use case” videos) to keep pace with fast-evolving AI technology.
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or external mentors to incorporate advanced workflows and specialized marketing use cases.
  2. Community Management & Mentorship
    • Serve as the primary point of contact within our Whop community, handling group Q&A sessions and addressing member inquiries.
    • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for learners—encourage peer-to-peer engagement, share resources, and track learner progress.
    • Offer guidance and basic one-on-one troubleshooting via direct messages (no booked calls required).
  3. Weekly Live Sessions
    • Plan and (optionally) host or co-host weekly group coaching calls, discussing real-life scenarios, advanced workflows, and troubleshooting common VA challenges.
    • Gather feedback from live sessions to iterate and refine curriculum content.
  4. Client-Facing Consulting & Demos
    • Conduct demos and training for corporate clients, tailoring AI-VA workflows to their unique business needs.
    • Collaborate with HR and client teams to ensure VA placement success, measuring outcomes like completion rates, feedback scores, and job/contract placements.
  5. Partnership & Collaboration
    • Identify and reach out to potential mentors, AI tool developers, or industry experts for guest workshops, webinars, or co-branded modules.
    • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with partner organizations and startups that need customized AI-VA training programs.
  6. Certification Track & Quality Assurance
    • Design and maintain a clear learning path that leads to an “AI-VA Certified” credential, complete with assessments or capstone projects.
    • Gather feedback and performance data to evaluate course effectiveness and learner satisfaction, sharing key insights with leadership.
    • Ensure the curriculum consistently meets high quality standards and aligns with industry best practices.

  • Essential Experience
    • Proven track record as a Virtual Assistant (marketing-focused roles preferred).
    • Curriculum design or instructional design experience (online or in-person learning).
    • Experience managing or moderating online communities (Slack, Discord, Whop, etc.).
    • Up to date with the latest tech, AI and marketing news by being active on X/Twitter and following leading experts
  • AI & Tech Skills
    • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or willingness to learn them quickly.
    • Basic knowledge of automation platforms (like Make.com, Zapier, or similar) for integrating email or marketing workflows.
    • Comfortable exploring, testing, and demonstrating new AI workflows on an ongoing basis.
  • Soft Skills & Attributes
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (written and verbal).
    • Strong interpersonal skills; able to motivate and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds.
    • Proactive problem-solver who can adapt content and approach in a rapidly changing tech environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
