Mit einem Team von rund 200 Mitarbeitenden wird getolo von Daniel Gadea (CEO) und Laura Wulff (CGO) geleitet. getolo ist Partner von DA Direkt und Teil der Zurich Gruppe Deutschland.

Zur Vergrößerung unserer Sales Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Sales Coach (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) und hybrider Arbeitsumgebung (Homeoffice & Büro in Berlin).

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du führst Verkaufstrainings und Coaching-Sessions durch, um das Team kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du leitest eigenständig das Onboarding für neue Sales Agents und hilfst ihnen, schnell erfolgreich zu werden.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass der Sales-Leitfaden bekannt ist und optimierst ihn regelmäßig.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Team Leads zusammen, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du gibst individuelles Feedback und optimierst Verkaufspitches zur Zielerreichung.
  • Du vermittelst die wichtigsten Verkaufstechniken und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Anwendung.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der telefonischen Verkaufsfähigkeiten im Team bei.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst fundiertes Wissen über Sales-Leitfäden und Techniken für den telefonischen Vertrieb mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen: Du hast bereits Sales-Trainings besucht, selbst organisiert und geleitet.
  • Deine starken Coaching- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen dir, Sales Agents gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise als erfolgreiche:r Sales Agent:in, und verstehst Kundenreaktionen am Telefon genau.
  • Du kennst dich mit High-Volume-Telesales aus, hast mit Predictive Dialern gearbeitet und eine hohe Gesprächsfrequenz gemeistert.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C2) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
