Role Overview
Grayce is looking for a Business and Digital Trainer to join their Learning and Development Team. As a Business and Digital Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating high impact and engaging training to colleagues across the business, supporting the development of our Analysts, as well as upskilling our HQ members. As part of this, you will be equipping Analysts with the required skills and behaviours to deliver excellence for our clients.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about developing emerging talent, has experience of working in change and transformation and understands business consultancy. This is a dynamic role in a fast paced environment, where you can truly make a difference by helping others to reach their potential.
This role will be based from our London Hub. Travel may be required as the role requires a mix of both virtual and face to face delivery from both of our Hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design training content that is impactful and engaging for both virtual and face to face delivery.
Deliver training content spanning the end to end employee experience, this includes Onboarding (Welcome to Grayce), Business and Digital Bootcamps, Leadership and Management, as well as skills and behaviours masterclasses.
Facilitate 1-2-1 coaching to help upskill individuals on an ad hoc basis.
Seek feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning you deliver.
Co-ordinate training, including issuing invitations and organizing the appropriate resources and facilities. Support Learning and Development Team inbox queries and attend cross functional meetings aiding query resolution.

5+ years of professional experience of working in change and transformation

Salary and Benefits:
· Up to £60,000
· 25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service, capped at 30 days
· Office attendance: 3 days in central London Office weekly with flexibility to travel to events when required
