Job Description

As the Area Manager, known internally as the Culinary & Operations Coach, you will play a pivotal role by leading, motivating and supporting our Franchisees and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.

We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;

  • Multi-site management experience, dealing with corporate restaurants and/or Franchisees
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • GYG brand advocate
  • Experience driving profitability
