Head of People
Hebbia, an AI platform for knowledge work, is looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead all aspects of HR practices and processes as the Head of People in New York City.
Skills
- 10+ years as an HR professional in technology
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of HR functional areas
- Experience in a high-growth company or startup environment
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for implementation
- Previous experience working with executives
Responsibilities
- Manage benefit programs and strategy
- Construct compensation philosophy and administration
- Develop and implement recruiting strategy
- Manage immigration issues
- Support company culture and growth
- Own learning and development programs
- Manage employee relations and investigations
- Partner with executive team on organization design
- Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns
- Build HR infrastructure for organizational growth
