Skills

10+ years as an HR professional in technology
3+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of HR functional areas
Experience in a high-growth company or startup environment
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for implementation
Previous experience working with executives

Responsibilities

Manage benefit programs and strategy
Construct compensation philosophy and administration
Develop and implement recruiting strategy
Manage immigration issues
Support company culture and growth
Own learning and development programs
Manage employee relations and investigations
Partner with executive team on organization design
Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns
