Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is an important role on the Brand Marketing team supporting key initiatives across our outbound communication channels. This highly collaborative role requires a hunger to learn and adapt, attention to detail, drive to ensure execution of projects, and strong communication skills to keep teams included along the way. 

 

  • Support brand initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix, interacting with other functions within the organization to deliver against project objectives. 
  • Support Brand lead in building the seasonal GTM calendar and manage day to day deliverables to execute the plan. 
  • Support Brand lead with project management of key campaigns through cross-functional collaboration with Ecom, Media, Social, and Creative teams. Lead calendar and stage gate timing to ensure smooth execution from brief to deployment. 
  • Partner with Creative team on content shoot needs including production planning and management, pulling and organizing product, uploading final selects to DAM, and accurate product tagging to ensure findability 
  • Own seasonal studio photoshoot process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of on-body assets to support key go-live dates across the enterprise 
  • Be a student of our core consumers and help ensure implementation of our consumer first strategy gets pushed throughout the organization 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related marketing position preferred but not required 
  • Passion for consumer brands and the outdoors 
  • Passion and curiosity to continuously seek out opportunities and ideas to strengthen and grow your business with a bias for action to quickly adapt and execute on the needs of the business. 
  • Attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to support multiple projects at once 
  • Analytical skills with desire to learn how to translate market, sales, and consumer data into actionable marketing strategies 
  • Consumer-focused, can-do mindset with a passion for problem-solving and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
