We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the O&M & Asset Management Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of onsite operations and maintenance and ensure effective management of these areas. At Ignitis Renewables, we’re on a mission to reshape the future of green energy generation across the Baltics, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations and Maintenance Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our team in Bauska. If you have a passion for sustainability and want to contribute to our vision of creating a 100% green energy ecosystem, you’ll fit right in! In this role, you will help manage onsite operations and maintenance while ensuring we meet all technical obligations. This lovely opportunity allows you to work closely with various maintenance providers and keep our operations running smoothly. Your tasks will involve coordinating schedules, managing contracts, and conducting site visits to support our technical advisors. Additionally, you’ll be pivotal in preparing detailed performance reports and identifying areas for operational efficiency. We’re looking for someone proactive, with a university degree, ideally with experience in property management or object administration. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in both Latvian and English are essential to navigate our dynamic environment.
