As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of accounting activities of this private equity backed organization which is on a strong growth trajectory. The Staff Accountant will report to the Director of Finance and be a key leader within a small accounting team. This is a hands-on position which demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial performance. As a Staff Accountant, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and oversee day-to-day accounting activities in a growing, dynamic organization. Here, you’ll handle corporate accounting tasks such as general ledger reconciliations, account reconciliations, and billing and payable processing, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP. With your strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, you will take charge of the month-end close process and collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement essential financial policies and procedures. You’ll also get involved in assisting with tax returns and supporting annual audits, making a real impact on our mission. If you're a self-starter with at least 3 years of financial management experience, especially in the SaaS sector, and are familiar with ERPs like NetSuite, we’d love to hear from you.
