As the Manager of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) at Intecrowd, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer account management and driving revenue growth across a diverse regional portfolio. We’re a firm founded by former Workday clients, deeply committed to partnership and engagement throughout every phase of Workday's deployment life cycle. Your team will focus on cultivating relationships with AMS customers, with the goal of identifying upsell opportunities and strategic add-ons. You'll guide your SAM team in collaborating both internally and with Workday RSDs and CBAEs to meet customer needs, pursuing new sales opportunities, and successfully closing deals. This position, which allows for a remote work environment anywhere in the U.S., requires a hands-on approach toward customer relationships and personal accountability for results—demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients. You'll inspire your team to manage customer accounts efficiently, employing strong organizational and time management skills while fostering a culture of collaboration across Sales, AMS teams, and Professional Services leaders. Additionally, you'll represent Intecrowd at regional Workday events, actively engaging with customers to fuel business growth.
