  • Collaborate with consultants and career advisors on high-potential candidates​.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, job matching, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus​.
