Front of the House (FOH) Lead

As a Front of the House (FOH) Lead at KitchFix, your main responsibilities will include leading a team of Cafe Attendants, ensuring superior client service, supervising daily operations, maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized food service area, and communicating effectively with both the kitchen and FOH teams. You'll also be expected to assist with food preparation and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

To apply for the FOH Lead position at KitchFix, you should have 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role. Previous experience in food service is highly valued, along with excellent hospitality skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of safe sanitary practices. A working knowledge of baseball and nutrition would also give you an edge!

The work schedule for a FOH Lead at KitchFix is quite flexible and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Given the nature of our operations serving a major league baseball team, you'll need to be adaptable and ready to handle a variety of shifts as necessary!
