Brown House Properties, a family owned and well-established property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office!
The Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of the team to keep our properties running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.

You'll be doing a little bit of everything – from facilities repairs to the occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping. Our team thrives on collaboration, but there's also plenty of room for independent work! To be part of our family-owned and well-established property management company, you’ll need some experience in property maintenance and repair, a valid driver’s license, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Safety is key, so being able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs and ladders comfortably will sit alongside your toolkit of skills.
