L3Harris is seeking a qualified Lead, Talent Management to drive key initiatives in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Team Effectiveness in the Space & Airborne Systems Human Resources Center of Excellence. This role will serve as a program leader and consultant, shaping and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience, optimize team performance, and drive a high-performance culture. This role is a remote opportunity, but ideally targeting an employee in Palm Bay, FL area available for a few intermittent onsite activities.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Florida State is $86,000- $159,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
