The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about sourcing top leadership talent and building a robust talent pipeline? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with senior leaders and make a significant impact on an organization's strategic needs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand role requirements, create Ideal Candidate Profiles (IDP), and align sourcing strategies to match these profiles.

  • Maintain a diverse talent pipeline by sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various channels.

  • Build long-term relationships with leadership candidates, providing personalized communication, and serving as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

  • Track key metrics, use data to improve sourcing strategies, and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance and trends.

  • Facilitate thorough onboarding for GM candidates & continue to be a key point of contact for the first 90 days of employment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for leadership or executive-level roles.

  • Ability to source top talent through various methods (e.g., online platforms, resume databases, referrals, and networking).

  • Experience working with senior executives and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for high-level roles.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other tools for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

  • Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
