Process Optimization Manager

We specialize in providing business-purpose mortgage loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties. We offer fix/flip bridge loans and long-term rental financing. Position Overview:

The Process Optimization Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the company by applying Lean principles, process optimization and operational efficiency strategies. This individual will work closely with departments to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices and foster a culture of operational excellence. They will collaborate with the designated project teams cross-functionally to review and redesign processes for efficiency.  

 

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in the Boca Raton, FL Headquarters office.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications and responsibilities serve as a position overview and are not exhaustive. Employees are expected to be team players and may take on additional tasks as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, Lean methodologies, or operational excellence.
  • Certification in Lean Process such as Certified Lean Expert (CLE), Certified Lean Practitioner (CLP), Lean Six Sigma, etc. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and engage teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and other Lean methodologies to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows, process documentation and best practices to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and review areas of operational improvement with department leaders to inspire continuous improvement methodologies, and operational best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support leadership in decision-making by providing insights based on operational data analysis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging best practices, and new technologies that can improve business operations.
