Lime is hiring a Pricing Program Manager to join our Rider Growth team! In this role, you will shape and execute bold, data-driven pricing solutions that fuel our global market expansion and rider engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

What you’ll do:

Pricing Optimization & Subscription Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of a new subscription model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rider needs.

  • Design and implement A/B tests to assess the impact of pricing and program configuration changes, quantifying revenue and margin improvements.

  • Optimize pricing structures to balance revenue growth, demand stimulation, and competitive positioning across key markets.

  • Streamline and simplify pricing offerings to improve user adoption and engagement.

Global Pricing initiatives & Regional Pricing Support

  • Test and scale global pricing tactics such as demand zone based pricing, day-of-week pricing to generate incremental free cash flow. 

  • Support market-level price adjustments based on insights from local operations.

  • Partner with local teams to develop tailored pricing strategies that drive demand and operational efficiency based on market needs. 

User Forecasting & Performance Monitoring

  • Generate and maintain monthly forecasts for key rider and revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with Finance and Operations.

  • Analyze actual user-level metric performance against forecasts, providing insights and adjustments to improve accuracy.

  • Refine and improve forecast assumptions based on observed pricing trends and market conditions.

Pricing & Promo Tooling Enhancements

  • Partner with the Product team to enhance promo communication capabilities, increasing rider awareness and adoption.

  • Define business requirements for pricing and promo tooling enhancements, ensuring seamless execution of promotions and pricing changes.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Ops to improve pricing automation and reduce manual overhead in pricing execution.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, data analytics, or a related role, ideally within tech or mobility sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical exercises and derive actionable insights for pricing and promotions.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong business acumen with a passion for managing recurring pricing tasks while building automation for pricing features and capabilities.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership and drive decision-making.

Preferred Experience:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.

  • Experience with pricing best practices, price promotion and demand elasticity models. Experience with customer segmentation and customer behavior analysis.
