The Rider Travel Team sits in Lyft’s Rider org and the team’s vision is to create reliable and differentiated E2E Lyft experiences by personalizing travelers' experience and delivering tailored solutions that cater to specific travelers' segments, and drive business growth on top of it. We envision a future where Lyft has established a deeper relationship and understanding of our Riders’ context, needs, and preferences to power a more contextual, personalized transportation experience. We want Riders to be able to easily use Lyft to plan their travel rides and make it easy for Riders to continually choose Lyft. We work with Product & Design & Science to improve rider experiences. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
