What you'll do at Deel:

  • You will work with our internal teams & partners to build and develop long-term relationships with them. You will also be involved in day-to-day operation systems support.

  • You will be expected to have a customer-focused mindset and to work cross functionally with various teams, from bookkeeping to implementation & payroll operations.

  • You will be managed user account creation and terminations across multiples systems.

  • You will build, configure and troubleshoots systems, including enhancements.

  • You will maintain a constant level of support to all departments as required.

  • You will monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.

  • You will be expected to be the main liaison person between external system vendors, internal BAU teams and clients.

Some key qualifications:

  • Basic human resources or payroll industry expertise

  • Ability to understand and analyze Australia employment relationship requirements across multiple jurisdiction which are of immediate relevant for running payroll.

  • Considered expert using at least 2 Industry recognized ERP systems.

  • Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data.

  • Familiar with benefit deductions and impact on payroll process

  • Ability to manage deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and execution

  • Works well under pressure

  • Ability to manage mid-size client transitions.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

  • Strong Client/Customer facing skills.

  • Required working on extended timings and on weekends, with little notice.

  • Proven knowledge in MS Office

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
