What you'll do at Deel:
You will work with our internal teams & partners to build and develop long-term relationships with them. You will also be involved in day-to-day operation systems support.
You will be expected to have a customer-focused mindset and to work cross functionally with various teams, from bookkeeping to implementation & payroll operations.
You will be managed user account creation and terminations across multiples systems.
You will build, configure and troubleshoots systems, including enhancements.
You will maintain a constant level of support to all departments as required.
You will monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
You will be expected to be the main liaison person between external system vendors, internal BAU teams and clients.
Some key qualifications:
Basic human resources or payroll industry expertise
Ability to understand and analyze Australia employment relationship requirements across multiple jurisdiction which are of immediate relevant for running payroll.
Considered expert using at least 2 Industry recognized ERP systems.
Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data.
Familiar with benefit deductions and impact on payroll process
Ability to manage deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and execution
Works well under pressure
Ability to manage mid-size client transitions.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Strong Client/Customer facing skills.
Required working on extended timings and on weekends, with little notice.
Proven knowledge in MS Office
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
