There are over 500 of us in our Krakow business centre, where we highly specialize in finance, supply chain, accounting, controlling and regulatory. We’re always looking for new talent to join our team. Right now, we are looking for HR Intern

What will You Do:

  • Organize recruitment activities and provide support with various recruitment administrative tasks
  • Cooperate with HR teams, Hiring Managers, and candidates and help the recruitment process run smoothly.
  • Support the team in the daily duties
  • Coordinate, update and manage data and information in systems.
  • Use different channels (f.e. LinkedIn) to promote open positions and increase the number of applications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Deliver necessary recruitment information to stakeholders (Candidates, Hiring Managers and HR Team).
  • Support employer branding activities

What Will You Need:

  • Active student status of Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Interest in the recruitment and HR field
  • English on a proficient level (both verbal and written)
  • Availability of at least 25-35 hours per week
  • Particularly excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
