The Social Group Lead at MeBe Family is primarily responsible for facilitating social groups, guiding the development of social skills in children, and overseeing the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role requires effective planning and organization to ensure a smooth experience for all participants while addressing any immediate concerns from caregivers during sessions.

As a Social Group Lead at MeBe Family, you will work primarily on Saturdays, dedicating about 6 hours to facilitating social groups. Additionally, there is a small commitment of 1 hour for administrative tasks during the week, plus 15 minutes at the start and end of each Saturday session for setup and teardown.
