As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MeBe in Mesa, your primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive skill and behavior assessments, developing and overseeing customized treatment plans, and providing parent coaching. You’ll also deliver ongoing professional development for our Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and assess progress through rigorous data analysis to ensure effective interventions.

To qualify for the BCBA position at MeBe, applicants must hold BCBA certification, possess experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA techniques, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A prior payor credentialing is preferred, and all candidates must pass a background check.
