Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty & Skincare Products Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our beauty and skincare products while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
