We are seeking a skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Design team. You will define the strategy and vision for integrating analytics into the platform, empowering sales teams with data-driven insights to improve performance. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will design intuitive, engaging analytics experiences that help teams track, measure, and act on key metrics.


This is a Product Designer III or Lead Product Designer role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of analytics-driven decision-making within the platform.

  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.


We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of data concepts (metrics, KPIs, reporting structures)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving for data-heavy products and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience
  • Strategically builds consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Navigates ambiguity and incomplete information confidently
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Bonus: Experience with designing for learning and development platforms.
  • Bonus: Proven experience designing for technical or specialized user bases
