Reporting to the President, the Director plays a strategic leadership role in developing the long term and short-term people and community development strategies and is accountable to implement, evaluate, improve, and maintain the brewery’s Human Resources and local community development programs to align the overall brewery strategic plan. An experienced member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this position directly contributes to the strategic direction and overall success of the entire brewery and is responsible for progressive and effective leadership of all Human Resources and community programs.

You will engage with the local community by fostering relationships with leaders, facilitating community funds, and representing Muskoka Brewery at various events.
