Our client is an international company with over 5000 employees, serving both business clients and customers from multiple countries.
- Build and develop efficient processes primarily in the HR system and ensure smooth operations by keeping the processes by all parties;
- Ensure that relevant and accurate data is available, develop reports , analyse data and build up adequate and efficient actions plans;
- Work out and develop all policies to ensure a fair and transparent work environment;
- Keep processes, policies, data and documents up-to-date (eg.: organisational charts);
- Actively participate in the budget planning, forecasting and analysing processes;
- Understand the business needs and priorities, develop solutions to support achieving the business results;
- Build and maintain lasting cooperation with business leaders/managers to ensure smooth implementation of action plans;
- Ensure that all processes, policies and personnel documents are up-to-date, digitalised and available to the recipients;
- Build processes and communication channels to ensure compliance with internal regulations, too
( eg.: Ethical Conduct), act as a role model;
- Develop the existing HR KPIs and set up new ones to eventually meet the business requirements in all HR functions;
- Lead and develop the HR team, manage performance, motivate, train and coach the colleagues to achieve sustainable optimum performance.
Secondary tasks:
- Participate in international HR initiatives;
- Contribute to other company tasks on demand;
- Initiate and participate in community building local activities.
The role requires on-site presence, with the possibility to work from home 1 day a week in average.
