Role Overview

As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community strategies that drive engagement, foster relationships, and create a strong sense of belonging among our users. You will be the voice of our project within the community and the voice of the community within our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale our community function from the ground up

  • Manage and moderate our Discord server, ensuring a positive and engaging environment

  • Recruit, hire, and manage an international team of community moderators

  • Create and implement community engagement programs and initiatives

  • Develop content strategies that educate and excite our community members

  • Coordinate with international community moderators to ensure 24/7 coverage

  • Gather and synthesize community feedback to inform product development

  • Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person community events

  • Track and report on community metrics and KPIs

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Web3/Blockchain space

  • Proven track record of building communities from ground up

  • Experience managing international communities across different time zones

  • Expert-level Discord administration skills

  • Experience working on a small community team or as the sole community manager

  • Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, culture, and ecosystem

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
