Senior People Partner

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $10B 🔝.

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to APR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher APR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

P2P.org unites talented individuals globally ❤️

Despite our distributed team, we share a passion for decentralized finance - a fairer system for all. We code, learn, create, and connect to shape finance's future 💰

P2P.org boasts a strong reputation and network. We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior People Partner to help our managers lead their teams effectively, address challenges, and enhance employee performance. Your role will be pivotal in building systems for employee development, refining performance processes, and resolving cross-functional issues.

You will report directly to the HR Director and will have a talented People Partner as your direct report, working closely together to implement HR initiatives that directly impact our team’s growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management:

    • Support managers in conducting feedback sessions and goal-setting, acting as a coach and facilitator.

    • Refine existing processes to ensure performance reviews are consistent, impactful, and aligned with company objectives.

  2. Partnering with People Managers:

    • Work closely with managers to understand and address team dynamics or challenges.

    • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and constructive dialogues within teams.

    • Coordinate efforts with stakeholders like the Head of Talent Acquisition to tackle broader issues such as hiring roadblocks or team scalability.

  3. Learning and Development:

    • Bring together current training efforts into a unified system where progress can be tracked and outcomes measured.

    • Oversee resource allocation for training, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and impact.

  4. Retrospectives and Insights:

    • Lead retrospectives based on exit interviews, engagement surveys, and one-on-one meetings to uncover actionable opportunities for improvement.

    • Translate feedback into concrete recommendations for teams and managers.

  5. Recognition and Engagement:

    • Enhance existing programs for non-monetary recognition to ensure they resonate with employees and reflect company culture.

You have:

  • Proven track record as an HRBP or People Partner, partnering with managers to solve team and organizational challenges.

  • A deep understanding of goal-setting and employee development—you create structured systems for setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth, rather than just running performance reviews.

  • Strong problem-solving skills—you can navigate complex team dynamics, identify root causes, and offer practical solutions.

  • Experience working with mid- and senior-level managers, contributing to decision-making and driving team effectiveness.

  • Facilitation and group discussion skills—you know how to guide conversations, align perspectives, and help teams reach meaningful outcomes.

  • A structured approach to learning and development—you design scalable, well-integrated training programs that drive real impact.

  • Hands-on experience delivering training sessions (a plus).

  • Advanced English to communicate effectively in an international environment.

At P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture. Together we gain experience and make dreams come true! 🌟

  • Competitive salary level in $ (we can also pay in Crypto)

  • Well-being program

  • Mental Health care program

  • Compensation for education, including Foreign Language & professional growth courses

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion

  • Positive and friendly communication culture
