Technical Data Consultants for our Data Science team in Copenhagen

What will you deliver to clients?
In this role, you will deliver best-in-class services to help clients harness the power of their data and AI investments. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing client-focused solutions: It’s paramount that you are able to work closely together with our clients to understand their goals and challenges, designing and implementing data integration frameworks that meet their specific needs.
• Know how to build scalable systems: Deliver advisory on how to evolve robust, secure, and AI-ready data pipelines and APIs that enable seamless data exchange across client platforms.
• Enabling AI-driven transformation: Help clients operationalize AI and machine learning models by advising on integration solutions to support real-time analytics and decision-making.
• Driving data governance: Advising clients on establish long term data integration strategies and frameworks to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Managing client relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of their data journey, from strategy development to solution implementation.

The team
You will be joining our Data Science team in Copenhagen – a team with diverse backgrounds. In our approach to management consulting, we strike a balance between interesting client engagements, internal PA collaborations and professional upskilling. We do this in a collaborative manner that leaves room to cultivate our other interests in life, which span everything from board game nights and fermentation hobbies to water polo, trail running, climbing and just spending time with our family and friends. If you have a sport or hobby you love, we are happy to try it out as a team. In general, PA is a workplace where you can be very social. We usually meet each other on Fridays in the PA office, and we enjoy team dinners, wine tastings, paddle or other social activities.  

We work in a flexible environment, where you are the boss of your own time to the extent that you deliver on agreed obligations such as client engagements. Even though it depends on our clients, it is usually possible to have days where you work from home.

We are seeking data professionals at various levels within our Data Science team. Whether you are at the beginning of your career journey or have many years of experience, we would like to hear from you.

We think you will be a great fit if you agree with some of the factors below:

• Experience in data integration, system design, solution architecture, with a focus on delivering client-facing solutions.
• Experience with integration patterns and associated technologies e.g. event driven, service-oriented, ETL/ELT processes (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Mulesoft, Power Apps etc.)
• Experience with data transformation and AI-enabling frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data and AI workloads.
• Experience with security, cybersecurity or data governance framework.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to bridge technical solutions with client objectives.
• A client-first mindset, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in applying data for predictive and AI-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical solutions with AI and business goals.
• Talk, write and understand a Nordic language and fluent in English in writing and talking.
