We are looking for a Sr Recruiter fwho can join our team and lead our efforts to find and attract the best talent in the industry. As the Sr Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Headhunting for Manager and Above positions across multiple industries with focus on LATAM region
  • Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communication
  • Partner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching
  • Manage full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidates
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent
  • min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for Business, marketing and e-commerce roles ideally a staffing agency
  • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering
  • Proficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
