About the Role
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of our cafes, ensuring that they meet or exceed business targets. This includes managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can provide strategic guidance and support to our teams, while also driving business results.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
• Manage budgets and control costs to achieve business objectives.
• Solicit feedback from customers and use it to improve the overall dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the cafe.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
