Product Manager

🚀 We’re Growing our Operations Team and creating our Impact Studios!

We are Impact Studios, the consulting and business innovation unit of Plain Concepts. As a young and rapidly growing team, we combine the agility of a startup with the delivery power of a global tech company. We design and build software products that drive measurable business impact — powered by cutting-edge technologies in AI, Data, Cloud, and Application Development.

Backed by our 450+ engineers and strong partnerships with Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google, we help clients bring their next-generation digital solutions to life. At Impact Studios, you’ll have the opportunity to shape methods, services, and a new way of working — from scratch.

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and shaping digital products — working across business, tech, and design. You will turn abstract ideas and market opportunities into concrete roadmaps and user-centric products that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to delivery and iteration
  • Translate product visions into clear product concepts, features, and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure product excellence
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on value, risk, and effort
  • Analyze business processes, market trends, user needs, and technological opportunities to uncover and prioritize product requirements
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather input, align expectations, and drive impact
  • Oversee product validation, testing, and acceptance, ensuring readiness for launch
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and software innovation, with a focus on practical application and business value

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management or digital product roles
  • Strong technical understanding – ideally with a background in software development, data, or AI
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure and related services
  • Proven ability to work in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Structured and strategic thinking – able to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on data, impact, and feasibility
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • A self-starter attitude: proactive, curious, and excited to shape how we build products in a consulting context

What We Offer, beyond our perks:

  • Flat hierarchies and direct access to leadership
  • Opportunity to co-define our methods, services, and delivery approach from the ground up
  • International clients, high-impact projects, and a mission to build products that matter
  • Salary determined by the market and your experience 🤑
  • Flexible schedule 35 Hours / Week 😎
  • Fully remote work (optional) 🌍
  • Flexible compensation (restaurant, transport, and childcare) ✌
  • Medical and dental insurance (completely free of charge for the employee) 🚑
  • Individual budget for training or equipment and free Microsoft certifications 📚
  • English lessons 🗽
  • Birthday day off 🌴🥳
  • Monthly bonus for electricity and Internet expenses at home 💻
  • Discount on gym plan and sports activities 🔝
  • Plain Camp (annual team-building event) 🎪
  • Extra perks: events attendance and speakers, welcome pack, baby basket, Christmas basket, discount portal for employees ➕ The pleasure of always working with the latest technological tools!
