MISSION


Potloc poursuit une croissance ambitieuse en élargissant la visibilité de ses solutions, en particulier sur le marché américain.


En tant que Business Development Representative (BDR), vous serez un acteur essentiel de notre expansion, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et en organisant des rendez-vous stratégiques pour soutenir nos Account Executives dans la conquête de nouveaux clients.


VOS RESPONSABILITÉS


Prospection et Engagement : Utiliser une combinaison d'appels, de séquences d'e-mails et de prospection sur LinkedIn pour entrer en contact avec des clients potentiels

Planification de Rendez-vous : Votre performance sera mesurée par le nombre de rendez-vous programmés et honorés avec des prospects qualifiés.

Collaboration avec votre BDR Manager et AE : Travailler étroitement avec le BDR Manager et les Account Executives pour cibler des comptes et prospects à fort potentiel.

Maintien de l'Intégrité des Données : Assurer la mise à jour régulière de HubSpot pour garantir un suivi précis des comptes et des actions de prospection.

Collaboration et Apprentissage : Intégrer les retours de votre manager et de votre AE pour affiner rapidement votre approche.


COMPÉTENCES REQUISES 


• Une première expérience réussie d'au moins 6 mois dans un rôle similaire.

• Proactif(ve) avec un sens aigu du détail, vous savez faire la différence

• Vous aimez apprendre rapidement dans un environnement dynamique et vous tirez parti des retours constructifs pour vous améliorer continuellement.

• Vous avez un réel engouement pour les ventes et le développement commercial

• Capable de gérer une charge de travail importante, vous parvenez à rester organisé(e) et efficace

• Ambitieux(se), persévérant(e), avec une écoute active et un souci du détailVous travaillez efficacement en équipe.

• La maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais est indispensable.

• La connaissance d'une autre langue est un plus.

YOUR MISSION


Potloc is on a mission to achieve ambitious growth targets by introducing our solutions to more prospects, primarily in the USA. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving our success by generating new opportunities and booking meetings for our Account Executives.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Prospect and Engage: Use a mix of cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.

Book Meetings: Your success will be measured by scheduled meetings that are attended by prospects.

Strategize with Your AE: Work directly with an Account Executive to focus on high-impact accounts and prospects.

Maintain Data Integrity: Keep HubSpot updated to ensure accurate tracking of accounts and outreach efforts.

Collaborate & Learn: Take feedback from your manager and AE, applying coaching quickly to refine your approach.

• A successful first experience of at least 6 months in a similar role.

• Proactive with a keen eye for detail, you know how to make a difference.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and use constructive feedback to continuously improve.
