The opportunity.

The Quantexa Academy offers comprehensive training designed to empower Customers and Partners in deploying, customizing, and utilizing the Quantexa Platform. Our goal is to support them in becoming self-sufficient and confident users of our solution. We provide certification programs, end-user training and resources, Community content, as well as instructor-led workshops and bootcamps.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Learning Designer specialising in creating effective, accessible, and engaging learning experiences for technical audiences.

What you will be doing.

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and accessible eLearning content and media assets
  • Update content, ensuring alignment with product updates and technological advancements
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Instructional Designers and SMEs (Product, R&D, etc.) to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly learning experiences
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content within tight deadlines
  • Utilize authoring tools (Articulate), design software (Adobe), and GenAI tools to create interactive and visually appealing learning experiences
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop effective, evidence-based learning experiences
  • Use advanced features of the Learning Management System to create learning journeys and manage learning analytics
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning to bring innovation and continuous improvement to the Team’s operation
  • Support admin and reporting operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Team’s processes

What you will bring.

  • Proven experience in designing and developing eLearning content, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment (domains: FinTech solutions, data science & engineering, software development, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and digital learning design
  • Strong understanding of diverse design aspects: graphic design, usability, accessibility, media design
  • Experience in collaborating with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric learning solutions
  • Experience in using content management solutions and learning platforms (LMS, LXP, AI-enhanced tools, CMS)
  • Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools, Adobe Suite, and GenAI for content creation and individual productivity enhancement
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely

Nice to have.

  • Experience in using analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBi and Snowflake)
  • Front-end development skills
  • Experience in eLearning content localisation
