We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead brand positioning and market research while bringing fresh, insights-driven ideas to the fashion and luxury space. The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with the art director, designers, and creative team to shape the brand’s visual and strategic direction in a way that truly resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
Research market trends and consumer insights to refine brand positioning.
Identify and define the target audience, understanding their behaviors, motivations, and preferences.
Develop brand strategies that align with business goals and feel fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Work with the art director and design team to translate strategy into compelling visual concepts.
Lead creative production efforts across photo, video, influencer, and digital content.
Turn cultural insights into strong creative briefs that inspire impactful campaigns.
Confidently build and present decks, pitching ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent brand narrative across all campaigns and content.
Qualifications:
A strategic thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
Deep knowledge of the fashion and beauty world.
Proven experience in creative production, fashion, and luxury industries.
Experience on both the brand and agency side is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
Hands-on experience with photo, video, influencer, and digital content production.
Ability to turn cultural insights into compelling creative ideas.
Confident in pitching, building decks, and selling through big ideas.
A natural collaborator who enjoys working with production teams, clients, and creatives.
Salary: $125K–$150K per year
Proven experience in creative production, fashion, and luxury industries.
