Creative Strategist – Fashion, Luxury & Beauty

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead brand positioning and market research while bringing fresh, insights-driven ideas to the fashion and luxury space. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, creative production, and industry trends—someone who can turn data and cultural insights into compelling campaigns.

The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with the art director, designers, and creative team to shape the brand’s visual and strategic direction in a way that truly resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends and consumer insights to refine brand positioning.

  • Identify and define the target audience, understanding their behaviors, motivations, and preferences.
