At Resultant, we're on the hunt for a Client Service Network Engineer who is passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering top-notch solutions. Positioned remotely from anywhere in the U.S., this role is central to our Service Delivery Team's mission of providing exceptional support to our clients. When you join us, your day-to-day will involve leading troubleshooting efforts, resolving network issues, and managing incidents that can range from routine to critical. You’ll work closely with both Tier 3 System Administrators and clients, interpreting change requests and coordinating with technical personnel to ensure seamless operations. With your expertise in routing, switching, and load balancing, you’ll be the go-to resource for diagnosing and documenting network problems, while also mentoring other technical resources. Engaging with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud networking and in-depth security practices, will be your norm as you monitor network performance, enhance connectivity, and provide on-call support as needed.
