Job Description:
Develop and deliver Organizational Development activities aimed at identifying high-potential talent for growth and succession, as well as fostering and accelerating leadership development.
Collaborate with HR team providing oversight for performance management processes, career pathing, and individual development planning.
Perform needs assessments, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve organizational processes, structures, and systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development, and work with HRIS and cross-functional teams to incorporate innovative approaches into program design and delivery.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Create and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field and 5 years of related experience in organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development, including preferably experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices, with the ability to apply them strategically to achieve business objectives.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessments, facilitating workshops, and designing training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization.
