Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten End-to-End Recruiting Prozess
  • Veranstaltung von Personalmessen und Bewerbertagen
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews und Begleitung von persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächen vor Ort
  • Ansprechpartner für die Kandidaten (m/w/d) im Bewerbungsprozess
  • Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting ist notwendig
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Großes Interesse am internationalen Arbeitsfeld Aviation
  • Lust auf ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld
