Job Description

 

The role:    

This position plays a critical role in curating our strategy for nonprofit partnerships helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's impact. Global Impact is about living our purpose every day by creating differentiated value for our employees, our customers and society with focus on sustaining our planet, creating equitable opportunity, acting with integrity and using our solutions to workflow a better world. The Director, Strategic partnerships will report into and work closely with the Senior Director, ESG Social Strategy to help scale our strategic partnerships and impact initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Drive and manage the strategy for our high priority strategic partners by creating innovative strategies connected to ServiceNow’s impact focus areas 

  • Work cross functionally with our customers and partners to drive impact and build shared value together 

  • Manage the overall nonprofit partnership portfolio end to end  

  • Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive impact together 

  • Help design and communicate ServiceNow’s impact strategy and partnerships 

  • Curate high touch partnerships that utilize our resources to help nonprofits scale 

  • Uniquely position ServiceNow’s strategy to drive impact aligned to our business values 

  • Look across our resources including technology, volunteering, etc to create innovative partnerships  

  • Localize our efforts with critical business stakeholders in region to continue to drive regional strategies and communication 

  • Enhance overall storytelling capabilities for our program 

  • Gain insights from the business to ensure the program is unique to ServiceNow 

  • Manage a small team and create scalable roles and responsibilities.  

Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 

  • 10-15 years of applicable work experience in nonprofit partnership 

  • Experience in people management required 

  • Experience in managing a global nonprofit partnership portfolio required 

  • Experience in program management  

  • Demonstrated personal passion for corporate responsibility, social impact, philanthropy, community advocacy 

  • A track record of successfully working with global stakeholders 

  • Experience identifying, developing and managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Professional presence as a role model of adaptability, tolerance and creative problem-solving  

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
