Sigvaris is currently looking for a Manager of Business Analysis and Operations to join our team. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. The Manager of Business Analysis and Operations is responsible for project management, data analysis and reporting to support Sales and other functions within the company. This role manages the Business Operations Support role.
This position is hybrid, but you must reside in the Atlanta, GA Metro Area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze performance on customer sales agreements.
• Manages implementation of price increases.
• Assists with product reporting requirements for product lines.
• Provides support to the sales team with order entry, pricing approvals, agreements, and trade show lead management.
• Maintains account setup and catalog management.
• Project Management responsibilities as needed.
• Pro-actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to prioritize and implement selected opportunities.
• Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies with recommendations and assistance in implementation.
• Participates in Sales meetings, when requested.
• Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
o Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.
o Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary.
• Demonstrates effective communication methods.
o Director of Business Operations and/or appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions.
o Responds quickly to all oral and written communications.
o Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers.
o Checks and responds to voice mail messages in a timely manner.
o Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer.
• Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State and local laws.
• Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
• Proactively coaches and motivates employees in the Department.
• Effectively addresses employee concerns, disciplinary actions and resolves problems.
• Ensures all employees in the Department understand how the company is performing and what contribution they make toward Company goals.
• Ensures all employees in the Department know how they are doing compared to their performance standards.
• Ensures all employees in the Department have the skills and knowledge to do their jobs, or there is a plan to obtain them.
• Ensures all employees in the Department receive an annual performance review.
• There is evidence that an ongoing informal recognition system is being used.
• Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
Requirements
EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and work experience.
• More than three (3) years of experience as an analyst.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
• Project Management experience preferred
CRITICAL SKILLS:
• Excellent data analysis skills, along with the capability to present data and results in clear, concise manner.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive, effective relationships across the organization.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, Microsoft Teams, photocopiers, and fax machines.
• Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift or climb.
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
