Market Director

As the Market Director, you’ll have the chance to lead and grow a division within a company poised for tremendous growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Full P&L Ownership: Lead and manage the divisional P&L, with direct responsibility for profitability and performance, while developing the strategies and systems to drive sustainable growth. 
  • Team Building & People Management: Cultivate a high-performance culture by hiring, mentoring, and inspiring a team of senior sales and recruiting professionals. Your ability to develop talent and create a thriving work environment will be critical. 
  • Strategic Growth: Partner with our talent acquisition team to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. You’ll be instrumental in scaling your team and setting the stage for both short-term and long-term success. 
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a strategic, scientific approach. 
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy that consistently drives recurring revenue streams and accelerates growth. 
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operational efficiency and streamline processes by optimizing standard operating procedures and identifying innovative ways to enhance day-to-day business functions. 
  • Brand Equity Development: Explore and implement creative methods to elevate our brand presence within the human capital market, positioning Soni as the go-to industry leader.
