At Spring Health, we leverage precision mental healthcare technology to connect individuals with personalized therapy, coaching, and medication support. Your expertise will help define KPIs and metrics that measure our success in delivering accessible care to everyone. In this role, you will develop and enhance reporting infrastructure, craft insightful dashboards, and ensure our marketing strategies are driven by data insights. With a focus on analyzing marketing effectiveness, your contributions will enhance our outreach and engagement efforts, maximizing the impact of every resource spent. Working closely with data scientists and analytics engineers, you’ll empower non-technical users within the marketing team to understand data trends and make informed decisions. To thrive here, you should have at least three years of experience in data analytics with robust SQL skills and familiarity with tools like Looker.
